- We will issue an invoice on the 1st of each month, with finalized billing amounts due at the end of the month, and will notify you by email or SMS (short message) by the 3rd of the month.
- Payment methods are convenience store payment (via a terminal installed at a convenience store), bank transfer, and direct debit.
- The payment deadline is the 10th for convenience store payments and bank transfers. For direct debit payments, the payment will be deducted on the 12th*. However, for January and May payments, the payment may be deducted on the 20th*.
- Depending on the payment method, a fee will be charged for each monthly payment (invoice). If paying at a convenience store, the fee is 356 yen (tax included), and if paying by bank transfer, the transfer fee will be borne by the customer. If paying by direct debit, there will be no payment fee.

 This is a safe and easy "pay later" option that allows you to pay at a convenience store or bank ATM after your order is complete. Only your mobile phone number and email address are required. The late payment fee is 209 yen (tax included).
・Payment process: The day after your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and SMS with the payment number you need. Please make the payment at a convenience store or bank ATM (Pay-easy) within 10 days.

atone next month payment (convenience store/direct debit)  atone is a payment system that anyone can use immediately, allowing you to pay for your monthly bills in one lump sum the following month at a convenience store or by direct debit.
You can earn 1 point for every 200 yen you spend, and earn NP points that can be used for shopping at atone. For more details, please see the atone official website .
・Payment method: The payment number will be emailed to you at the beginning of the month following your purchase. Please make your payment by the 10th of the following month using a convenience store terminal such as Loppi or a bank ATM (Pay-easy). You can choose from the following four payment methods. Please complete the payment procedure by the end of the month via the smartphone app or your online My Page.

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us in advance by email. We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases: ・Products with tags removed ・Slight fraying of seams ・Slight paint peeling on some decorative parts ・Products that have been delivered more than 3 days ago ・Products with tags lost ・Products that have been used even once ・Products that have been damaged or soiled due to customer negligence (including packaging and accessories) ・Sale items ・Returns due to customer convenience (different image, wrong size, wrong order, etc.) - Anything else that clearly shows signs of use (e.g. perfume or cigarette smell, makeup residue, damage to the product, dirt, etc.) ・If you are unable to receive the package due to an extended absence, the amount will be refunded minus the round-trip shipping fee of 2,000 yen (tax included).
