Paidy Deferred Payment (Convenience Store/Bank)

  • For charges confirmed at the end of each month, an invoice will be issued on the 1st of the following month and sent via email/SMS by the 3rd.
  • Payment methods include convenience store payment (via convenience store terminals), bank transfer, and account transfer.
  • Payment due date is by the 10th for convenience store payment and bank transfer. For account transfer, the withdrawal will be on the 12th*. However, it may be on the 20th* for January and May.
  • Depending on the payment method, a fee will be incurred for each monthly payment (billing). For convenience store payments, a fee of 356 yen (tax included) will apply. For bank transfers, the customer is responsible for the transfer fee. No payment fee is incurred for account transfers.

This is a safe and easy "postpaid" payment method where you can pay at convenience stores or bank ATMs after your order is complete.
You can use it with just your mobile phone number and email address.
The postpaid fee is 209 yen (tax included).

・Payment flow
The day after your order is confirmed, you will receive an email and SMS with the necessary payment number. Please pay at a convenience store or bank ATM (Pay-easy) within 10 days.

atone Deferred Payment (Convenience Store/Account Transfer)


atone is a deferred payment service that anyone can use immediately. You can consolidate your purchases for the current month and pay at a convenience store or via account transfer the following month.

You earn 1 valuable NP Point for every 200 yen spent, which can be used for atone purchases. For details, please see atone's official page.

Payment Method
You will receive an email at the beginning of the month following your purchase with the necessary payment number. Please pay by the 10th of the following month at a convenience store terminal like Loppi or a bank ATM (Pay-easy).
You can choose from the following 4 payment methods. Please complete the procedure by the end of the month via the smartphone app or Web My Page.

(2) Electronic barcode (convenience store)
(3) Postcard invoice (convenience store)
(4) Account transfer
*Convenience store terminal / Bank ATM (Pay-easy) cannot be used at Seven-Eleven.

Return Policy and Conditions

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please contact us by email in advance.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

・Products with tags removed
・Minor frayed seams
・Slight peeling of paint on some decorative items
・Products for which more than 3 days have passed since arrival
・Products with missing tags
・Products that have been used even once
・Damage or stains (including packaging and accessories) caused by customer negligence
・Sale items
・Returns due to customer's convenience (e.g., difference in image, size difference, incorrect order)
・Other items deemed to have clear signs of use (e.g., perfume
 cigarette smell, cosmetic stains, product damage, dirt, etc.)
・If the product could not be received due to long-term absence, the refund amount will be the total amount minus 2,000 yen (tax included) for round-trip shipping. Please be aware of this in advance.
