Is there a discount for multiple purchases?
・Purchase 5 or more of the same product ・Purchase 20 or more of any type
We are offering special prices to customers who meet any of the above criteria.
Even if you plan to purchase fewer items than the limit, we may be able to offer you a special price.

Will it arrive in time for the event or store opening?
Please allow the following number of days from payment to shipping.
Regular products: Will be shipped within 5-15 business days after payment is confirmed.
Same-day delivery items: Will be shipped within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed
If you want your item to arrive for sure or by a certain date, we recommend that you contact us and place your order at least two months before your intended date.
*We will ship as soon as all items are available. Please note that if you purchase same-day delivery items and regular delivery items at the same time, they will not be eligible for same-day delivery.
Can I pick up the product?
Yes, it is possible.
