~How to order~

Once we confirm your order, we will place an order for your items.

2. Ordering and Inspection
When the ordered product arrives, we inspect it to make sure there are no defects.

After inspection is complete, the product will be shipped to the customer.
You will be notified of shipment by email with a tracking number.
Tracking is possible after customs clearance, so you will be able to track your package on average 4-7 days after receiving the shipping notification.

*Shipping times are calculated based on business days. Ordering and shipping are not available on weekends or holidays.

You can download a receipt when you complete your order or from the order completion email.

[About shipping]
Shipping fee is 600 yen nationwide.
Shipping is free for purchases over 8,000 yen .
We are unable to accept requests for specific delivery dates and times.

The tracking number will be reflected after the item arrives in Japan and passes through customs, so tracking may not be possible for up to 4 to 7 days after the shipping notification.

* If the item is returned to us due to an extended absence, etc., and you would like it re-sent, you will be charged 2,000 yen for the round-trip shipping fee. Thank you for your understanding.
*Products that have expired will be discarded. We will not be able to reship or refund any items under any circumstances. Please be sure to collect your item within the storage period.

[About cancellations]
We do not accept cancellations after an order has been placed. Please check before placing your order.

*Deferred payment is treated as immediate payment even if the customer has not yet made the payment. Please note that we cannot accept cancellations as we begin preparing the product immediately after the order is completed.

 

[Returns and exchanges ]
If there is a defect or if the product you received is different from what you ordered, we will promptly exchange the product for the same one, or accept a return or refund. We do not accept returns for reasons of customer convenience. 

If there is a problem with the product, please contact us via the chat in the bottom right of the screen within 3 days of receiving the product to inform us of the product's status.

Lilymoon's products are basically selected from all over the world. Since they are sewn overseas, there may be some errors in size and sewing compared to Japanese sewing standards. We would appreciate it if those who understand overseas sewn products would purchase our products.
