[How to receive it outside your home]
There is a way to receive your parcel somewhere other than your home! This is recommended for those who don't want their family to know, or who want to receive their parcel at a different location.
Pick up at Yamato Transport office
①When ordering, enter your home address
② Check the shipping number as soon as you receive the shipping notification. * It may take about 4-7 days until tracking becomes possible.
3. Register with Yamato Transport's Kuroneko Members and change your pick-up location. Or call your nearest branch office and change your pick-up location.

* We will not be able to contact you when your package arrives at the office, so please check the status of your package yourself.
*The store will store the item for 7 days from the date of arrival. If the storage period expires, the item will be returned to our shop and will be treated as a cancellation. Please note that we cannot offer refunds if the item is returned.
