~ご注文の流れ~

1.発注
ご入金を確認次第、お客様のご注文商品を発注します。

2.取り寄せ・検品
発注した商品が到着したら、商品に異常がないか検品を行います。

3.発送
検品完了後お客様の元に発送します。
追跡番号を記載したメールにて発送をお知らせいたします。
追跡は通関後となりますので、発送のご連絡から平均4-7日でお荷物の追跡が可能になります。

※発送日数は営業日換算です。土日祝日は発注業務・発送業務を行なっておりません。
※営業日の換算日例は以下の通りです。
(例 月~水曜日=3営業日、日~火曜日=2営業日)
※通常ご入金から5-15営業日での発送となりますが倉庫、物流状況によりプラスの日数がかかってしまう場合がございます。あらかじめご了承ください。

即日配送▷ご入金日から1~3営業日以内発送予定

即日配送商品と通常配送商品を同時にご購入いただいた場合、全ての商品が揃い次第発送となります。

通常送料は、全国一律 600円 です。8,000円以上のご購入で送料無料になります。

■Payment

・We ship worldwide including Asia, North America, Europe, offering the payment via PayPal and Credit Card.

 ■Shipping Fee & Tax

・Shipping fee to all other countries outside of Japan is 2,000 yen.
Orders over 10,000 yen are delivered with free shipping.
・Most orders are shipped within 5~15 business days. Shipments may take longer than usual during holiday periods.
・We ARE NOT responsible for the duty fees caused by importing from Japan. Please note that customers may need to pay for the duty fees, since importing from Japan may be subject to duty and tax when the parcel arrived to your country.

 ■Return and Exchange Policy

・We DO NOT accept returns and exchanges for International order, except the below reasons: factory defects, sending of a wrong colors or sizes, or error on our part. And exchanges and returns can be made only if items are in an unworn and unwashed condition.
・Please note that duty and tax caused by the international shipping from Japan to your country WOULD NOT be refunded.
